Hotel Sacher Salzburg

We had an amazing dining experience at Zirbelzimmer. The terrace was perfect for a romantic dinner, and the tasting menu paired with a delicious bottle of Austrian red wine was excellent. The hotel's five-star luxury definitely lived up to our expectations. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were great too ensure our comfort and satisfaction. One particular highlight was when we wanted to book a trip to the mountains. The hotel staff not only organized the entire trip for us but also arranged for a local English-speaking taxi driver. This personalized service made our visit to Salzburg a nice experience. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the local sights, and the views of the river were excellent. Our room was recently renovated and in excellent condition, providing us with a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff's friendliness and attention to detail set this hotel apart. The hotel's proximity to the main attractions of the city made it convenient to explore on foot. I highly recommend Hotel Sacher for its excellent service, convenient location, and luxurious accommodations.

Poor coordination resulted in a frustrating experience during checkout.

We couldn't have asked for better valet parking service, with helpful staff loading our luggage in the car. The amenities like the chocolate series toiletries and slippers were a nice touch. Breakfast service and the welcome fruit and cake in the room made us feel spoilt. The junior suite with river view exceeded our expectations in terms of decor, and the staff were polite and attentive to our requests. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to major tourist sites.

We had the best aspects at this hotel. The room and gym were nice. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and friendly. The room wasvery comfy and tidy. The location is very convenient, right on the river, and just across the river from the charming district of old Salzburg. We loved the delicious breakfast in the cafe area.

The lunch options at the hotel were very enjoyable, with delicious dishes such as salmon steak and beef filet. The atmosphere of the hotel was luxurious, creating a lovely dining experience. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service.

Upon arrival, our room was not as booked and we were offered a more expensive option as an upgrade. The breakfast logistics were a bit confusing, with guests having different options in separate areas of the hotel.

What a good experience! From the beautiful room to the comfortable bed and amazing amenities, every detail was perfect. The small continental breakfast brought to our room was excellently presented and the coffee and hot chocolate were some of the best I've ever tasted. The staff was attentive and friendly, providing great suggestions for places to visit and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, just minutes from the old town and beautiful Mirabelle Garden. Impeccably clean room with stunning views. Delicious breakfast at a great price. Courteous and helpful staff throughout. Festive and cozy Christmas decorations.

The hotel is perfectly situated just across the river from old Salzburg. It's in the best area, within a 10-minute walk to the main shopping district in the old town. The rooms are in top condition, with excellent beds and good curtains for a peaceful sleep. The service is extremely friendly and attentive, making you feel well taken care of. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options to start your day right.

One small downside is that there were no bubbles for the bath.

I had an unforgettable stay at this luxurious hotel. the exclusive amenities, such as the spa lounge and massage service, fulfilled all my relaxation needs. the central location was also a big plus, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

the coffee/tea in the lobby was not always readily available, sometimes taking longer than expected to be refilled.

Nestled in a gorgeous destination, we stayed at a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. the service was top-notch, the Spa & wellness centre was delightful, offering a sauna, massage, and steam room. We savoured delicious food at the Restaurant and enjoyed sipping drinks at the Bar/Lounge area. the private facilities were exclusive and relaxing, while the location advantages were unbeatable.

The only minor flaw was that the spa lounge's coffee was not up to our standards.
